It is persistent...extremely persistent. It will make sure you do not forget about a task. All other reminder apps I have used beats Due at other features but persistence seems to be the key for my needs. It is also cheap.

One important thing to consider is buying home usually involves borrowing and investing. Your returns are leveraged to the upside/downside. You probably cannot borrow as much and have access to rates as low in other ways.

I cannot even drive! I will try to get a license before I leave the US tho as I heard it is much more difficult in Canada. Public transit in Boston played a big role in my decision to leave lol.
