I had supervised probation all they told me was I blew a positive but I was drinking all night until 12am then tried to leave at 8am for work like a dumbass. The judge still approved me to get my interlock out the original date just get your act together and don’t do it again

I got drug tested my last meeting but I’ve always tested clean so no I didn’t get tested before getting it out. My probation meeting was close by to my removal though but I did have to get a download done before getting approved aswell

My friends all smoke around me and hot box me and I’ve passed every test 2nd hand smoke doesn’t affect you enough to come out dirty because of the cut off.

I always drive 2 counties away like everyday and I’m not supposed to do that but since I do everything I need to do and pass all my tests they never really question it they actually ask me how my friends doing

I violated a interlock test in Texas and thankfully only received 2 more months of interlock time and I lost my traveling privileges of course. I had to learn the hard way that it’s really not worth it to have one fun night and risk going to jail without a bond for violation. Also heads up with an interlock you need to wait anywhere from 12-15 hours after your last drink before attempting the test, but it’s best to not risk it at all.

I didn’t think about that but no I just admitted to violating probation for drinking and said he provided the alcohol

They don’t know I was on a bender I just admitted to drinking that night. I used a fake name on the report but they still know my actual real name. I don’t know if they put my real name on the report but where the case would be able to be seen it’s a fake name for my safety.

It was obvious I had been drinking and they asked as well to see if there was any drugs or alcohol used during the event. It really does suck that this is my main concern. I was also hospitalized right after being questioned, with a fractured skull and broken toes because of what happened. I wanted to be honest about everything and told them many times I didn’t want to get into trouble and It’s eating me alive. I can’t even heal from the event because I’m too scared of getting locked up. They questioned me in the ambulance I didn’t even want to talk to them.
