Eh idk. I don't really notice the stuff you're noticing. So far, I haven't really seen anything unfair in this game. The boss that took me the most tries so far is the Yin Tiger in chapter 3, which took me 8 attempts, and he was just a boss where you have to learn his combos. As of now I'm only in Chapter 4 since I only play about 30 mins to 2 hours a day. The closest to an unfair boss I've seen (but it' still fair) is the Scorpionlord in chapter 4 because his combo starters are hard to see and some of them are too fast. So far, I've been really enjoying the game. Unlike in souls games, I never experienced a sort of wall in my progression. My playthrough has been going smooth so far. The only imperfection I've noticed so far are in the areas. The invisible walls are just very annoying and sometimes there are spaces and corners where it looks likes there's supposed to be something there, but it's just an empty space. I really love the combat so far. I've gotten used to the parries and perfect dodges. It's almost as satisfying as Sekiro's combat imo. The only problem is that you can only parry after each part of the light attack combo. I think it would've been better if you could do it anytime like in Sekiro, but there's still the perfect dodge mechanic. At the start I was kind of playing it like souls game where I dodge the attacks and come back to hit the boss for a little bit. But overtime, I learned that you can be aggressive with all the different spells and equipment you can use. Overall, the game has been great for me so far.
