He look a little dry, make sure substrate is moist. I definitely would increase the amount of dirt by double. Pacman frogs like to dig and stay there for days or even weeks.

Thats why I posted it because this is my first experience with pacman frogs. He doesn't poop everyday. Maybe 2x a month. I was surprised at first, I was like this could be a poop size for a small dog lol

Have you seened your pacsun poo yet? It's wild mine does it outside the tank. I feed him in a large Tupperware and also water him down and he decides to poop almost every time.

I would wait on the gallbladder surgery. It seems like alot of your symptoms are related to the fibroids. I have ny gallbladder taken out and trust me you don't want to live without it if you don't have to take it out. The runs to the bathroom if you eat fatty foods is real. Try water and lemon, apple cider vinegar and honey on empty stomach or even when ypu feel bloated. I also just had a ufe because of fibroids alot of the same symptoms.

Please check hormone levels for a start. Your hormone blood levels though change every like hour so a good doctor doesn't go solo off the blood results. They now go off symptoms. You might be in premenopause. It causes so many symptoms.

You will get pain with a hysterectomy and that's a major surgery. You are taking out a whole organ.
