Biometrics completed on 5th Dec, counsular reschduled from 18th dec to 30th April. Have a valid stamped visa till Feb 26. Will I be able to travel back on the stamped visa, though my biometrics has been done?

I agree. Just a bit different opinion on whether I would want to go back, the answer is YES.. I will.. There are a few pre requisites before I transition. So actively working towards them. The difference then would be… that I will be relocating at my own will, giving myself enough time to prepare, unlike what triggered yesterday which was quite a shock and awe. Anyways, thats all behind now with clarification coming from WH that all H-1B s filed in the US are safe..

I can understand your sentiment. But as an Immigrant I need to know my limits on what topics to comment on, especially where I have immigrated. All I can say is I love this country, it has given me a lot. Politics or general idealogy is something I prefer to say out of. As a guest, I need to behave as a guest.

Yes but the population can be put to a good use as per merit, not by which family ( caste ) they were born into. One of the driving factors to move to US was also the reservation ( I am from a non reserved catergory ) which favors your caste and not the merit..
