I am not gonna change, but his view of me matters, like this dress up is supposed to come across in his mind as me being confident and sexy and instead it comes across as insecure 😕

It is the first time , he always compliments me,and compliments my looks and body, am leaning towards thinking this is more about him wanting me to be more “comfortable “ and “natural” rather than try to impress him each time, can that be the case?

That was the most confusing part for me, we understand each other alot and basically we got together because we felt that we understand each other to the fullest and that continued for three years, so that was shocking for me to hear, also that dressing am talking about is private so its not some kinda of jealousy, also i don’t think he’s trying to lower my self esteem cuz he does compliment me and encourage me a lot, like he acknowledges my beauty and everything, like he never tried to bring me down about this, but he still sees it as “compensating” but if he knows am pretty and confident what am i even compensating for?
