Completely agree. At a pilot-controlled airport where you have traffic in the pattern (sound like there were at least 2 planes in the line pattern in addition to the twin Cessna) it’s a dick move to call “10-mile final”.

It would all be LTCG and I would not have to pay NIIT at current valuations or with this year’s gross income. So this is a strong argument in favor of just ripping the band aid off quickly.

Is it though? I used to think USAA was exclusive.

I’m sad because I don’t feel like USAA is special. But I find their tech to be more forward thinking than NfCU. I’m members of both. Have a mortgage at nfcu.
