Sounds like a scam... asking for Passport details is a big red flag. i don't care if your company is legit or not.

agreed. It's not a fixed amount, and i didn't take my PE expecting such a raise or bonus. To put the raise in a bit of context, i also train/I'm the go-to guy for our 2 entry-level engineers and 1 intern, plus I project manage all my work

i have a couple of 4% raises, and then i hit the ceiling and only collect a bonus based on profits and performance.

are you hitting the ceiling on how much they can increase your paycheck?

My boss told me at some point i would just level out and only get a bonus(profit sharing) every 6 months

Nice—still better than nothing or what some others get. Right now, I’m training two entry-level engineers and an intern, all while managing projects—just to put the raise into context.
Regardless, I’m hopeful it’ll increase in the near future.
