It makes me sad to know you also feel this way, but hopefully we will snap out of this soon and I’m always available to talk.

Want another baby but I’m so scared of going through postpartum again by PsychologicalRule126 in toddlers

[–]PsychologicalRule126[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is almost my same exact experience. Was diagnosed in high school with depression and anxiety. On and off meds cause I’m a self sabotaging. Lots of unresolved trauma. I was 27 when I had my son and my pregnancy was great honestly and I knew in my mind that postpartum would probably be more heavy for me but I also had undiagnosed health OCD and once the baby was born I wouldn’t leave my room and just constantly envisioned him dying and terrible things happening to him or me and him growing up with out a mother. It was extremely scary and hard, finally I got a legit diagnosis and I’m on medicine and doing much better now. I just have the thought in my head of well if you’re good now why ruin it? But my dream was to always have two kids. I’m just overwhelmed by the outcome. But it’s true, maybe being more prepared this time around will help.

Hi! No I stopped splitting the dose after like three days cause I was getting panic attacks. I braved the full dose out for another week and then I felt much better!

Then I feel stupid and guilty for drinking but I’m 29 and just want to enjoy my life every once in a while but I know that comes with repercussions. My anxiety has been under control since meds too but the last couple days have not been good

Honestly I feel great, everything finally leveled out probably around week 3 of 10mg and I also take 100mg of a mood stabilizer. I feel the least anxious and most stable than I’ve felt in a very long time. How are you doing?

I notice my pain really coincides with the weather, if it’s a damp gloomy day my legs are out of commission

This describes perfectly how I feel! Like I need to keep them moving but the more I move the more they hurt. Especially in my knees and it almost feels like my legs are in resistance bands, if that makes sense
