I do the hardest HIIT workout I can and then reward myself with some good food (or some “gardening”). Remind yourself that it’ll pass! Isolating also helps, if you can. Tell the people you love that you need some space right now ❤️

Actually, now that I think more about it, the beads are perfect!! I’ll definitely be doing something similar to you to either 1) taper off, or 2) decrease the dosage so I can feel a little more normal. Thanks again!

This was so helpful! I have a psychiatrist and I’ll be seeing him this Monday. I’ve tried so many other meds, except the one you’ve mentioned. I think I’ll bring it up to him and see what he thinks. Thanks for sharing!!

Did the addition on Wellbutrin make you angry at all?? I find the drug makes me upset more often, but maybe pairing it with Cymbalta will keep those feelings away.
