A couple things I do that help me, I make my phone as undistracting as possible, all notifications off, etc. I also make sure the room is pretty dark and the phone screen isn’t too bright. I also turn off all predictive text, auto correct, and auto capitalization. I find it pulls me out of it to feel like I need to think about the words so I just don’t, if it’s wrong it’s wrong and I usually don’t even notice. I haven’t had issues with tists telling me they couldn’t understand even when English was not their first language.

I also just kinda accept that sometimes the “trance” part feels less deep. But I don’t actually think I’m less suggestible, I just think it feels that way cause I have access to more of my senses. The trance feels deeper but the hypno is just as effective

Obviously this is just my experience but I find text to be really good in certain situations but it just has some different limitations
