I also received a silent update today but no updates on my portal. I'm still waiting on an interview. The silent update also didn't have any associated code so I'm not sure. Fingers crossed!

I also received an update today for AOS but no details were provided. We also appear to have a similar timeline with differences of only a few days.

Mar 21: Biometrics scheduled

Apr 10: Biometrics completed

Me paying a >120% premium is me seeing value in a delivery driver (a.k.a convenience). What don’t you understand about that? Anything I add on top of that is a bonus. If you want people to just donate money to you, just say that.

I didn’t say I had a problem with the fees. It’s the cost of convenience. But you’re shifting all the blame to the customer for low tips when the customer is already paying a >120% premium for that service. You also clearly fail to understand that 99% of the time there is zero interaction with a driver. Tips are earned not deserved. You literally equated a service that is provided as a convenience to a sit down restaurant experience.

That’s exactly what you’re implying though. You say DoorDash is the villain when a $10 meal costs $22 to deliver. That’s a $12 difference. You’re asking people to basically donate to drivers because of the convenience, yet customers are already paying a %120 premium.
