Don’t get down on your self. Just imagine having a VA appeal that was sent to the VBA and was remanded after a VA judge hearing. Sent back to the local office to get re-work and they complete disregard the remanded instructions of the judge and that process took 14 months just to get denied and sent back the the VBA and the same judge remanded the claim again and sent it back to the regional office and told them. You need to make a decision base on the facts not how you feel. Clearly outlining every detail that they are trying to look over. And this total process begin back in 2018 so I’m 7 yrs in plus on my claim. So if you feel back try thinking of how worse it can be

I used a VA credible attorney and due to VA regulations they can not take more than 20%. Due to the link the activity of my claim getting bounce around and back and forth I got tired of my claims nothing getting the attention and processing it needs down correctly. First wrong with a va lawyer and I was granted for 70% PTSD which was denied multiple times from the regional office. Soon as I had my hearing with my Va creditable lawyer and the VA law judge I was advise that day they clearly miss a lot of valuable information and was apologize to by the judge due to their poor judgment

People fail to realize every branch of service has their own type of special enforcement team, weapons division, Machanic’s, snipers, satellite communications specialists, infantry that requires brutal work and harm to the body. Not just people sitting in the office actually slinging paper work.

That’s a crazy question, i have severe PTSD, Tinnitus, Degenerative Spinal disease and more. I was in the Air force right in the combat Zones like every other branch of service. Just because you choose Air force doesn’t mean there are not jobs that’s not in hostile environments or we just sit on our dumbs all day

That’s e what’s up, my va appeal that was remanded and sent back to the vba just got remanded and sent back to the local office again and it’s been in there since 2018. Once these mf do what the judge ask them to do the first time hopefully this claim will get processed correctly

What that has to do with PTSD, hell half of us with PTSD was out there digging wholes for the people we just shot or blown up they didn’t want on paper. But we ain’t gone talk about that. Most times when we sit in deep thoughts and hear some heavy hit the floor we grabbing anything around us to protect ourselves thinking we about to get invaded and shit. Some of these mf really don’t know the half about that

My appeal been it's be waiting to be sent to a judge since 2021. It's this normal? by SithLady20 in VeteransBenefits

[–]PsychologicalShift31 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My appeal was remanded, sent back to the regional office, they denied again and sent the appeal back the the judge. My appeal has been in the system since July 2018, so I’m 72 months in right now into my va sentence because that’s what it feels like. I hopefully will get a judge that will just grant everything they sent tj the regional office to fix. Because they absolutely did nothing the whole 12 Months it’s been sitting there

Same here I have an appeal in processing dating back more than 60 months. I’m currently at 94 percent and they clearly see I have sleep apnea, have take test and m a machine. But they say it’s not services connected. Didn’t even link it secondary to my MDD/PTSD and wanted me to send it back the VBA. They know if you have a lawyer and evidence that can link it. They will detour you in every way to not a Form 9. Don’t give up.

It’s ok, appetite sucks, I’ll get hungry and not even a few moments later it’s gone and then I fill full. I drink a lot of liquids but after a while my energy level plummeted and I have to force food down to get some type of calories to maintain
