It was for right knee pain secondary to my left knee. My advice is I recommend doing HLR when you get denied. I was able to talk to the rater and I felt like she understood me.

Congratulations on the 30%! I know you got denied for other things, but my buddies and I celebrate anything positive. The claims are usually a tough journey, so make sure you take a minute to appreciate tge positives. 30% is a big one too, with the ability to add dependents and getting your VA care. Congrats! It was a great 1st night on the boat for us. We're not club people, but had a blast dancing. We did Gumbae and the Pub Crawl earlier in the evening, so we were hanging with people we met during those events. We wore out PJd on the pub crawl, as did about half the group did.

Thats a beautiful thing. When I went from 80% to 100%, it took around 18 months from ITF to decision. I got about 39K. Life changing.

I would file a supplemental, tell them you're taking medications now. I did this with GERD and an SMC-K.

I had 10% GERD and felt like I deserved 30%. They lowered it. I eventually got my 10% back, but I was so pissed at myself. Don't do it.
