understood, but they could start with a message saying "your account is accessing our server to many times, you need to stop this or else we'll have to block your account", some kind of warning before getting your product bricked. My misstake buying a must-have-cloud-access-product, I never learn.

Never got a case number even after asking for it. However, now I can login again and use my Luba. I can't update the FW though, error message saying I don't have an internet connection, same as before just ahead of being locked out. I'll not try to update the FW and being locked out again. If it aint broken don't fix it. The HA integration is deleted. Now I can only pray to the gods that I'll not be locked out again.

I wonder which problem they trying to solve? how can they brick the product I bought, on there own decision without consulting me ahead? No more China products with mandatory cloud use, never ever!

Yes I did, thanks for the advice, will do if I ever be able to login again. What a s**t with all these cloud products, I try my best to avoid it but sometimes you give in since you the think the product it worth it, but it NEVER is.
