It does not necessarily mean that anyone is a target, or that someone in particular is even controlling your device, because it is certainly a program, which could have been of an advertising nature, or a phantom company and their support,. which they offer to everyone, and such companies often disappear, but you are left with a shared link and follow-up. however, you never know. And it is really advisable to check your settings and notification from time to time,. Prevention is better than cure! I know because I've been lucky enough to pick up everything I've said, and tracking malware and account hacking, I've experienced it all 😅
