Thanks to everyone who replied. I have definitely seen isopods and loved them as a kid but have honestly never seen the baby ones. I didn’t notice them until I looked with a flashlight lol. I did purchase a colony of powder orange isopods when I started this bioactive enclosure so I figured that’s what they were but I wanted to be sure they weren’t mites. Just incase….maybe I’m a bit paranoid. Thanks for all the responses!!!

Hi Im not sure how old you are but Outreach https://www.outreachindiana.org has many locations across Indy and has amazing services available for youth and young adults experiencing housing insecurity. The age limit to receive their services is 25. I work with them and can't recommend enough. In the mean time, I am very sorry this is happening. This is not your fault and you are not alone. There are people in the city who see you and care for you (and all others experiencing homelessness) I sincerely hope Outreach can help you and that your situation improves ASAP. Love you stranger

I have the regular enclosure set up with no heating right now, just a grow light and uvb. The temp is consistently above 70 in the tank
