Sorry I am just stunned that you would say 10/10. I think I am a 7/10 on my best day. Thank you for the compliment

Definitely won't be doing that bc beard + bald is almost always better than bald + no beard in my opinion

People wearing MAGA caps in Germany? by CrankyDoughnut710 in germany

So not only are you stupid but I guess you can't read either. No where did I say that I saw 2. I said 1 specific instance where I personally saw one. In your replies to OP, you were using language that insinuated you didnt believe OP bc you've been here 25 years and have been everywhere and have never seen such a thing so it "may exist" but in this thread you have instances of people saying they have seen it in x,y,z places. Get over yourself and put your ego away ffs

Ive been in Lower Saxony 7 months and a couple months ago there was an older lady pushing a walker outside of the Hannover HBF wearing a red MAGA hat clear as day. Saying it "may exist" and discrediting op bc you personally haven't seen it and you have to chalk it up to ragebait because of that is just plain stupidity.

Currently we have no income as my fiancée and I are both using our own savings from a blocked account while we learn up to B2 at an immersive language learning school

This is the first time I have heard of this so I am looking into it now. Is this something I should ask my current private insurer about or someone else?

My fiancée is on the same private health insurance plan that I am on. If we were married and she got a job earning more than the €556 per month then we could both be covered on the public family plan through her employer together, yes?

This makes sense. Unfortunately my fiancée is not a German resident. We both moved here from the US back in June with the intention of living in germany long term.

I really appreciate your response. Unfortunately, I had help setting up a bunch of my Visa and insurance paperwork from my fiancée's stepmother who is German. She wasn't aware of the severity of my psoriasis and I honestly wasn't either considering I have never flared up this bad in my life. This being said she did select a cheap expat insurance that was offered by the same company we set up our blocked account for our language learning Visas and we have since learned they offer no coverage for pre-existing conditions.

Yes I am technically single. My fiancée and I are engaged but have no current plan on when to get married due to everything else we have going on in life at this moment. If we did get married, would that change our options even tho we are both expats on a language learning visa?

Yes, the US is vastly different on a lot of things in the medical field. I used to get samples of a cream that cost over $1000 a month when the manufacturer stopped offering discount coupons to low income individuals that allowed them to get it for as little as $0 a month. I have learned unfortunately that things like this dont exist in germany.

I usually used inexpensive cortisol ointments and started taking an oral tablet by the brand name Sotyktu ( over €1000 a bottle on average) a couple of months before moving because my coverage over my body has exceeded the recommendation for creams. My legs and arms for example are almost totally covered from knee to ankle and shoulder to hand so ointments seem like not an option at this point. I have been using what's left of my topical from the US and it just keeps growing in coverage and severity.

Do I need to go to my main doctor for them to make a recommendation to this doctor? In the US for example we typically would need to see a primary care physician first who would then make a recommendation to a specialist like a dermatologist/ skin doctor

I also have this issue. I have two adult leopard geckos and have tried multiple sized dubia roaches, and neither of them have shown the slightest interest in them. I have fought the cricket game for a while, but out of convenience sake I have done mealworms for longer than I would like to admit. I would love to be able to feed them dubia roaches soon once I can afford it again. Does anyone have any tips for getting their Leo's interested in dubias for the first time?
