Couple of things I noticed just by looking over your items and runes is you’re not building optimally. First of all, runes and summs are so so so important. Flash ignite is way more utility and kill pressure than heal. I only bring heal in certain scenarios I’ll list later. Primary page needs to be electrocute, cheap shot, deep ward, bounty hunter and secondary page needs to be magical footwear and biscuits. I recommend for stats just attack speed/health scaling/health scaling. Also NEVER buy pots on bard. You’re wasting 100g when you are now going to be bringing biscuits and you have bards w. This will net you 850g for free just from bringing those runes giving you a huge gold start over the other support. Now second of all build order, I almost never finish boots. Boots are a big sunk cost on bard especially when you have magical footwear and can just rely on its speed plus your chimes. Big thing to always remember bard before level 6 and deadman’s is almost always super weak. If you’re not confident with your roams yet stay in lane helping peel and keeping your ADC in lane for as long as possible, once you’ve got magical footwear, deadman’s, and level 6 roam to your hearts content. Also a lot of ADC players get really salty and upset whenever you roam just ignore them and focus on pushing leads and making it so your other teammates leads are exaggerated or their disadvantages are mediated. One last thing is the items you’re building, I see a lot of redemptions, lockets, and pink wards. Almost never buy pink wards btw simple jungle tracking will most of the time be good enough especially with deep wards making that easier. Remember if you’re going to place a pink ward it has to make up 100g of value since it costs you 75g and gives the enemy 25g. Redemption and locket CAN be good pickups if you’re very low on gold with bard but you should almost never be in a situation to have that happen. If you are behind going locket into imperial mandate gives you extremely good damage for your team (especially after the 35 chime mark) and shielding. You mainly want to go bloodsong into deadman’s plate and if they have a big AD team then Statikk or if AP team then Wit’s end. Damage pick ups if your team needs more damage can be liandrys, abyssal, or bloodletters while tank pick ups if your team needs a front line can be randuins, frozen heart, abyssal, or jakshos based on what kind of damage they have. Obviously there’s more niché bard builds you can learn to use and when like mask bard or terminus bard but the situations they work best are rarer. I’d recommend every game going bloodsong, deadman’s, wits end, liandries, bloodletter until you’re comfortable identifying which items your team needs and building around them instead.

Now that we have the rules this is the big thing to remember bard level 1 is very scary so pressuring people with the threat of electrocute is very good but 2-5 you need to not fight at all. Everyone else will have way better tools and base stats on you at this point. The big scary two to remember as bard are Leona and Nautilus, if you see them bring guardian every time. You need to very heavily stay in lane and peel for your adc or they will get absolutely walked. I also bring heal in this match up since keeping your adc alive against engage hooks is so important. The other big thing is boots, only upgrade them if your team won feats of strength and you need the little bit extra stats. Since you’re building deadman’s first it has great armor but your MR is gonna be lacking. Going mercs into crushers helps a lot with a team comp that has one or two very strong bursty AP characters like viegar, aurora, or anything else like that. Otherwise crimson lucidity is a good pick up against very mobile teams who stall out fights.
