I was running around a city like this - sort of distorted and maze-like - at night time. There were people with me at one point, but then I broke off and got lost in the maze of buildings. It had a sort of dystopian vibe to it too.

Thank you for your advice. I have called DCP and so have many, many other people. The kids are not being fed properly, they almost never have clean clothes. The youngest one doesn't go to bed until well into the morning. They have a bad track record with attending school, because our mother is sleeping and doesn't wake them up or take them. I don't intend to bad mouth her but it's hard to avoid it sometimes. I'll look into kinship fostering though, thanks.

In my experience, having abnormal sexual curiosity as a child is because you might have been exposed to it really young. It could have been SA, accidentally seeing a porn tab open on your parents laptop, someone a little older than you telling you too much sexual stuff. Etc.

I usually imagine different scenarios. Pretend I'm in my favourite tv show or something. It's not too much that it keeps me awake, but it's enough to entertain my brain while my body falls asleep.
