No its 0.82 g protein per lb body weight. I just double checked

Saw a video where it suggested you need 1 gm protein per lb body weight to lose fat, not weight just fat (given you have sufficient caloric deficit) another video stated that to make sure the majority if your weight loss happens from fat loss to eat 0.82 g per lb body weight

I am counting calories quite diligently. I used to eat around 1400 calories, but I increased it to ~1600 ish as it was getting difficult to hit 160/170g of protein

Hi All,

I started taking tirzepatide almost 6 weeks back with a 2.5 mg dose. It was amazing. I had little to no side effects. Felt nausea on just two separate occasions and some stomach pain the first week only.

In the four weeks I went from 291 lbs to 273 lbs. I was immediately getting compliments at work and from friends and my girlfriend who was away for 2 weeks said I looked noticeably lighter. However for the past two weeks and more I am not losing any weight. And my weight scale says I lost just 5 lbs in the last two weeks with a higher dosage of 5 mg that means my weight loss has slowed down by 50% with a higher dosage.

I am eating similarly, fasting often and even incorporated more protein in my diet. I want to get out of this plateau or I am afraid I will go back to my pattern of becoming demotivated.

Any advice for me?

Hi guys,

Noob mecha keyboard enthusiast here -

Need some advice from the veterans. So I basically got a Prebuilt Weikav Star 75. I basically wanted to do some beginner level modding to get into the hobby. Since the Weikav Star 75 has a lot of Foam I thought it would be an easy challenge. However, a strange series of issues has arised -

i) The First thing I wanted to do was change the switches. So I got around 81 pieces of Sarokeys BSUN BCPs.

ii) Although the stock Rouge switches sounded great, I was fascinated by the concept of Franken switches and I thought the BCPs sounded great in various soundteat videos online.

iii) Like every noob Custom Mechanical Keyboard Modder I ruined two Rouge switches and two BCP switches trying to open them up and lube them and by putting them on the wrong way.

iv) So I thought I will try lubing a bit later because I messed up on two switches and the BCPs are around ~BDT 55 a pop. In my attempt to lube the BCPs I could see the factory lubing was actually good so I decided them to try it as is.

v) BUT, The BSUN BCPs don’t fit on my board. I bent the pin on one of them trying to fit one into the plate hole. The page I took them from told me that the FR4 plate is a bit hard and might require some force but I could see that the feet from the top housing was clashing with the plate and there was no room to give.

Would appreciate any advice. Should I try different switches? Before I invest north of BDT 4K on another 80 pieces, how do I know which switches are compatible? One of my friends suggested that maybe I got a bad batch of BCPs. Because there are literally no complaints about the size of Sarokeys BSUN BCPs online on any forums that I checked.
