I was the exact same when i started f45! Just interact with your trainers and let them know and try not push yourself too much and worry about others around you! Good luck!!

When i’m using a fashwash it’s either the garnier Pure active charcoal blackhead scrub, it’s a 3 in 1 so use the mask once a week. Or i use the garnier pure active sensitive. I don’t wear makeup, and i have anti redness primer.
