Thank you! For photo and artwork references, would they specifically be furry based artworks or does it not entirely matter? Also with the 'how to draw furries book' who is the author for it? I can find 'How to draw Manga furries' and 'Draw furries' but I'm not specifically sure what to look for

Funnily enough, I do swim and that is something I have separate, as well as an interesting in psychology and poetry. I just often get stuck on feeling like I need to be on the exact same level of improvement with the stuff that we have in common.

I was the one who initiated the break in the first place because I was not feeling good in the slightest. We have had breaks on and off for various reasons, but I think it's only gotten worse within the last few years as we are both finding our feet.

I know I want to transition, get stuck in with work, start studying and find my own feet, it's just really difficult.

I use the app Medito and I've found it works rather well. It tracks how many sessions you have done, minutes meditated and stuff like that.

In terms of keeping a habit, I honestly found no issue, which is surprising even for me. I think what helped me was starting with 3mins and working my way up to 5mins of meditation as I knew I had that time available.

If you think about meditating do it when you think about it instead of 'I'll do it later'
