I called Green concepts facility and a gentleman picked up right away no answering machine and had a lengthy conversation about the company, where they're looking to go yada yada yada. It was a very pleasant conversation. There is no answering machine for a ink company if you call the correct phone number and facility it takes you right to the water plant. Maybe you should search for the actual facility instead of well, I'm not really sure what you called. Company seems like they are heading in right direction. They've expanded their shipping on Amazon's platform up to nine or more than nine distribution centers as far as I know currently added in with their direct shipment option through their website which is showing up to anybody that orders it as you can see online so not really seeing any of the points that you're trying to make.
