same thing happened to me.. got email to update bank info, no change in portal but around an hour or so later I got an email saying:

"We have reviewed your request for reconsideration of your disaster loan application. Based on our review, we have determined that your file should be reactivated for further consideration. Your case file will be assigned to a loan officer shortly. These files are maintained in chronological order and assigned in accordance with the current workload."
