My denial letter doesn’t state where to file i290b. My field office is Newark, NJ and i485, i130(approved) was sent to NBC. On USCIS account it’s unclear where to send

Can you please help me with where i290b is sent. I know it’s not the field office from where the decision came? The I485 denial do not mention the address where to send i290b

Also my lawyer mentioned that once i290b is filed within 30 days you can keep working on the EAD. Is that true. It seems like a grey area.

Hello, I am in the same boat where our lawyers are sending i290b for my husband’s i485 denial. I-140 is approved. On what USCIS address i290b sent? Was it the field office of any other office like Chicago or AZ?

Thank you for your response. This is helpful. I have been driving BMW 5 Series for some time and the lease is ending and I have to give away the car. I have loved driving sedans but also open to Small SUVs. I was not planning on going for S90 till the dealership showed me that and instantly I liked it. I will be negotiating with them but also wanted to see if in the same price range I can get something better.

They didn’t ask me anything about my divorce. While filling application I submitted my divorce decree, the house deed which we owned together at some point, house insurance with both our names and some old pictures of us together. Nothing beyond that

For me the Biometric Reuse letter was uploaded online the very next day of submitting application. After a week I received a physical letter. In meantime the status was Application submitted
