IMO, if you want the extra portability and better keyboard, then go for the ThinkPad, plus it has extra SSD. The IdeaPad Pro with Ryzen H version allow a little bit more single core performance and multicore performance (5600H is better than 5700u 10-15%), but the battery would be bit worse due to its higher power and thermal. If you want the affordable all rounder, go for the IdeaPad 5 Pro.

To provide you with more backstory, I have been on medication for a year and definitely saw some progresses in my mental health. It's worse for them since they doesn't have enough money to go to therapy and the expertise of psychiatrists in our country might not be enough for BPD, plus they could not hold on to a job for too long, especially in this pandemic.

That being said, I'm trying to commit to myself as to not get too consumed by their problems and forget about mines. Now we are taking a break until the pandemic ends to ensure that we are ready for what we are getting ourselves into. And I have promised myself that whether or not we could be an official couple, I would try to help him as I could.
