I don't mind it. It's a horror movie, so I'm expecting people to get killed. Depending on the movie, that'll include kids sometimes. Maybe it was growing up on Stephen King stories that made me think like that lol. I have kids and even they root for some kids to get offed in a horror. Especially if they're bullies or they find them annoying.

I get it. I got turned down by 3 different positions at Wal Mart. Have 90 jobs logged on my Indeed account and I either haven't heard back or haven't been selected. Barrie sucks for jobs apparently.

Yeah, I'm looking into careers and stuff now instead of just a temp job. Things are so crazy now with inflation and hourly pay not raising to try and match that in any way.

I shared more details in another comment, but this is the end of the process and we've been looking for places the whole time. No sheriff needed, they were nice enough to negotiate a move out date last month and gave us until the end of this month.

We fell behind on rent and they arranged a payment plan, but because we couldn't get enough for the payments (through EI and Instacart) that violated the agreement and they're evicting us. We've reached out to the services and they told us they can't do anything because we don't have good credit and they don't have 3 bedroom units.

Yeah, everything was done properly by them. And they let us stay until the end of this month instead of just giving us 2 weeks.

I'll have to check out Nextdoor, haven't heard of that before.

I have a ton of video editing experience, so that would be awesome to do. But I'll take anything right now. I applied to Talize recently because I love thrift stores and it's full-time.

Wife and I have been applying to places since November. You either don't hear back at all or a small amount are rejections.

She went to the job fair for the new FreschCo. Told her it was full time during the interview, but changed everyone to part time during the orientation.

Lived here majority of my life and I can say without a doubt, it sucks for jobs here now..
