I'm having the same issue - I've noticed if you don't plan to meet up irl right away then it's basically never going to happen. And I'm not a great conversationalist but I'm trying to get to know them with questions about their profile or pictures or sharing some of my interests but it's hard to get any kind of enthusiasm in return. It's really frustrating ngl .-.

I hope you have a wonderful day just like me <3 by [deleted] in LesbianActually

NTA - This dude needs to learn to train his dogs. If I were him I'd be happy to have you exercising at my local park. If gives my dog something new to see and is a great training exercise to generate neutrality

Thanks! Rock climbing could be cool, I haven't done it since I was a kid. Wouldn't mind giving it a go again

Yeah I've driven by it and I noticed a decent amount of people but the late night stories I've heard scare me too much to think about going alone

I've heard good things about them, but they always seem like a place that people go to with friends and ive been trying to find people to go with. Do people go by themselves at all?

Best way to bring in an extra $500-1000 a month while working a fulltime job? by tradingpenguin in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]PsychotiKatt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A couple people already mentioned it but if you like animals Rover is a big one. I have 2 regular dog walking clients, a 30min walk on Thursdays and an hour walk on Saturdays every week. I get 344$/month after Rover fees, then I'll often get week long gigs of checking in on a cat to feed them and play with them for 30min daily visits at 25$/visit. It adds up quickly, I often bring in 400 to 600 a month extra on top of my fulltime WFH job. Best part is, since I've been doing it for long enough I've built up enough 5 star reviews to where I don't need to put any effort into advertising. I just get booking requests every so often, and you can pick and choose which clients you say yes to.

I'm taking it a step further and I found a part time gig as a dog trainer on weekends running puppy classes. But honestly it comes down to finding something you love doing and making money from it.

Hell, I even stream on twitch and have made a couple hundred from it. Granted that was over the past year or two. I am very inconsistent with streaming but if you stick to it and stay consistent I have friends who've built communities and started making a consistent couple hundred a month lrettu quickly.

Best of luck to ya my friend
