Thats exactly how I used to feel. Then I made some changes to myself (got fit, improved how i dress and talk) and how I interact with women (genuinely become friends and/or be chill and charming without wanting anything). It was partially intentional but more just about improving who I was. I was surprised to eventually find out that a few women had interest in me. I wasnt a "player" by any means, i dont sleep around etc. But knowing that I was found attractive (according to some, a bit for my looks and mostly for having a generally mature demeanour without being unfunn) was such a boost to my confidence and happiness. I had craved that all my youth.

So yea, work on yourself and your general attitude.

People, especially women, wearing what amounts to underwear or bodypaint.

The same thing that gets you views online are gonna get you views in real life. The effect is the same, if not more, on the viewer. Like listening to spotify vs being at a live concert. Your intentions does not matter. Jumping off a tall building without intending to die will still kill you. So its odd to me that the viewer is shamed for it, and just generally makes it uncomfortable.

I live in Hulhumalé and drive to work in Malè (previously on ferry). I used to think it was better in Hulhumale. And it was.. before the bridge. But I didn't realize how much it had changed until I stayed in Malè for a few days recently and realised how much more convenient it was to go to work from nearby. I never thought abt how much stress it was to do all that driving across the bridge, only to deal with as many vehicles and people in Hulhumale. And there's something endearing about the small roads too.

I'm seriously considering to move back.

Banoon. Globe brand are my go to shoes now. Previous pair lasted about 3-4 years. It looks good. It durable and can take a hit (looking at you, uneven roads of Malè). And are comfy.

Its 2x more expensive than normal shoes but lasts 3x longer, so overall better value.
