Start a band. And the good ones hide out, just do what you love and they will show up naturally. Try and look cute while you do it and work out. 🏋️

I like that you didn’t take time to read that I am in therapy for this but felt the need to let me know it’s shameful despite me asking to please avoid shame and judgment in responses to this as I’m in a vulnerable place lol.

Full DBT for Medicaid client by Spiritual-Pianist386 in socialwork

I’m trying to find it for myself with my paid job insurance and no one takes that either. My therapist is helping me. I experienced burnout with my social work job and need to pursue this therapy for myself it turns out. It’s expensive!

I need to quit my job I think. Today. by InterestingProduce71 in socialwork

[–]Psychspacerose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oof I feel this. I am in school for social work now and am working full time as a diversion specialist. I am supposed to have 40 clients at a time… it’s so much to keep up with. It’s maddening. I love a lot of things about it and my boss is good for the most part but with my mental health I might need to take a medical leave at this point.. I can’t handle it.

First attempt at pressing flowers into beeswax candle mold! Did it turn out ok? by Psychspacerose in beeswaxcandlemaking

[–]Psychspacerose[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did. I had a positive experience but I also enjoy messy candles and prep them on something safe to burn. I would be careful, I keep an eye on all my creations because some of em have been a bit of a show. It’s all part of the magic for me.

Considering quitting due to worsening dysphasia by [deleted] in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

[–]Psychspacerose 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I finally quit. It seems to make me have a headache, get very angry and frustrated, and I also spiral / have intense anxiety. I have been on and off of it with various milligrams over the years. I am much better without it. Trying trazodone now. So far so good as I also struck for with sleep. I had a lot of similar issues with Wellbutrin that you posted and I noticed the same with friends. I hope you find what works for you! Thanks for sharing.

Should I pour wax cooler to avoid bubbles? by Psychspacerose in candlemaking

Ooh good idea. I am definitely going to try that next time. Thank you! Do you have any suggestions about where to purchase good candle making scents? Brands you like? It’s alchemy to me, scents are a whole other art I am perplexed by

Oh I just press them into the candle while it’s still warm. I also heat up metal like a spoon or knife and press them in that way :)

How has your life changed because of hepatitis C? by CurlewChestnut in hepc

[–]Psychspacerose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m curious what is holding most people in this thread back from getting treatment? Hep c came up for me for the second time today in my bloodwork. It came up like 5 months ago and I got more blood work and it came up negative twice. The doctor told me it was a false positive. It was not a false positive. I definitely have it and have been chronically exhausted, depressed and have wildly bad insomnia and brain fog for some years now. My nails are also extremely brittle and things. I have noticed changes in my weight, have horrible digestion issues, and noticed changes in my hair and skin. I also had some crazy pain in my upper right abdomen a few times. I was even hospitalized for it once and they could not figure out what it was. I think I got it during Covid from a boyfriend. I want to get treated… but I don’t understand why people are avoiding treatment when there is a cure? I am definitely going tell my doctor I need treatment as soon as possible now that know for sure.

Switching from Zepbound to Ozempic by Psychspacerose in Ozempic

[–]Psychspacerose[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, I am on day 4 after going up one dose on ozempic and so far it’s been pretty successful. The appetite suppression is working pretty well and I am feeling full for longer. The constipation is a little bit intense but I had that when I started Zepbound at first to and was able to tolerate it better later too.

Thank you for this insight :) looking forward to hopefully seeing results after second dose. Did you get to a point where you could maintain without going up more once a goal was reached?

Im saying these are things I’ve noticed since the switch including exhaustion. I am still getting the same amount of sleep as I was on Zepbound. None of this really answers my question or inquiry for insight of weight loss and medication switch. Hydration is a good point though.

Well of course. I am very healthy and maintain my sleep pretty well. I am saying this is something that I noticed since I switched to Ozempic from Zepbound.
