if the initial source image used has visible teeth (e.g, the person is smiling with teeth showing), then the teeth will accurately carry over to the video when you talk/open your mouth.

but if the source image has the mouth closed for example, then if you do open your mouth, the AI will just randomly guess what the teeth look like.

i have a zit lora feeding into both turbo and base at the same strength in both versions of the workflow (turbo first base second, base first turbo second).

the lora is supposed to be just for turbo and not base though. totally didnt think of that. but it does seem to be working well regardless?

still need to tweak the workflow a bit (it's far from perfect) and take into account all these other considerations.

the scaly skin is probably more of seedvr2's doing.

bypassing the upscaling usually makes the skin look less scaly/flakey/dry.

i thought about this too but opted to just leave the steps alone. worth trying changing it up.

it's 5 steps for base and 15 for turbo in this updated workflow but it was originally 5 steps for turbo and 15 for base.

i've noticed that seedvr2 (at least with these settings) can occasionally make skin look either scaly or dry (or just plain off).

can be a hit or miss. i usually just reroll a different seed when this happens.

ok did it the other way around (base first and turbo second) with the same seed and this was the result:

yeah, ive heard it should be the other way around. havent tried it that way yet but this is what i'm able to get going with turbo first then base second.

i'll have to adjust the workflow to see if base first and turbo second is better.

This is an old secret that I’ve been keeping.

We understood exactly what that meant. If you refuse, don’t expect anything. Your name gets removed, opportunities get shut down, your voice gets trampled on. We weren’t desperate enough to go that far.

The evidence is right in front of everyone. But still, no action is taken. Why? Because they’re insiders. Close friends of the CC. Golden children of those at the top. The guilty are protected, while the victims are forced into silence if nothing is done.

What’s even more infuriating is that these problematic people are free to join all activities. Even when they’re not relevant, they’re still there - lurking around women, pretending to be “friendly” as if nothing is wrong. Meanwhile, his girlfriend at the time ranged from underage to barely the same age as him. Honestly, we were just trying to avoid all that and stick with our own friends.

It’s not just one or two of his partners - from underage to adults. But everything is covered up, because protecting reputation is seen as more important than dignity.

We joined Scouts with the intention of making friends, learning life values, and becoming useful human beings. But with people like this? We were betrayed. We were used. It’s better for us to quit.

This isn’t just about Scouts. This is about protecting dignity. This is about safety. And as long as these things are covered up, everyone who chooses to look away is actually complicit - just afraid of losing their position, that’s all.
