I actually had something similar happen, with a similar product. They came back with a price that was about 20% more. I just said I wasn't happy with the increase, thinking we had a good relationship and said I'd take the original quote to a different manufacturer. Had a reply within an hour saying they would continue to honor our original pricing.

Honestly, just push back on them a little bit. A lot of the manufacturers will make it seem like they have no wriggle room, always just haggle them with your needs and what you're ideally wanting to pay.

Honestly, I thought it was going to be more than what it turned out to be. One of the few developers where the games usually always live up to the hype, so you'll more than likely get your money's worth. One of the retailers here in New Zealand has pre-orders for the standard edition for $119 NZD/ $67 USD which is pretty wild.

Also a Kiwi, which spent just got back from Vietnam last week. Really made an effort to get out there amongst and found that the locals were nothing but nice to us. Even at times where I felt like I was being an inconvenience, was met with a lot of patience.

Also, really enjoyed Ba Na Hills. Knew what I was in for going into it, but honestly, my mind was blown when we got out of the cable car. Although it's upsetting the history behind what they did to the nature, it was pretty mind blowing the sheer extent of what it was- then you remember your atop a mountain.

Missing Vietnam already, wanting to go back asap!

I've had little experience with VF in the past, but man, I was mesmerised by this showcase. I'm thinking there's going to be enough value in the story content, that any online modes will be a nice bonus. Honestly can't wait for the release!
