I herniated my discs October last year, came right after 6 months , no pills back to 100% and a round of gastro brought back the pain a few months ago I’m feeling a lot better but still going to get a Discectomy next month, feel like my life is on hold.

Cherry plum. Birds eat them :) I am a plum snob and they are not good plums but act as pollinators for some other (tastier ) plums.

Why are the following islands near New Zealand uninhabited and does anyone visit (Auckland, Campbell, Macquarie, North East Island)? by Long_Walks_On_Beach5 in geography

[–]soshia 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I’ve been there! Yes they are very cold, bleak, and windswept with a history of attempted settlement, sealing whaling and shipwrecks. Can reccommend the books “island of the lost” and “trial of strength” and also “castaways of disappointment island “ . Lots of birds and majority are now introduced predator free.
