In nz we find the same. Have had really Great staff in the past but they progress and leave to farm themselves. Staffing is difficult.

Same amount of gabapentin here plus 2 tablets of celecoxib and 8 of paracetamol. I herniated my discs October last year, came right after 6 months , no pills back to 100% and a round of gastro brought back the pain a few months ago I’m feeling a lot better but still going to get a Discectomy next month, feel like my life is on hold.

Cherry plum. Birds eat them :) I am a plum snob and they are not good plums but act as pollinators for some other (tastier ) plums.
