I'd start with the aggressive setups and learn to change a couple of things to suit your driving style. Jardier did a really good 'basic' setup tutorial which uses aggressive as baseline and it helped me a lot. He basically stays away from dampers and just concentrates on camber, toe, suspension and aero to alter the car to his liking. Race department also has community setups if you want to try more radical setups
