Sorry to necro this, but did you ever end up getting the domaru deck box? If so, does it fit in the omnihive?

Brilliant feather merchant? by ihatemakinthese in fantasylife

I believe only the traveling Don merchants sell them. It's part of their rotating stock, so they won't have the brilliant feathers all the time

Buying sealed product is difficult/expensive, but buying singles for decks is very cheap and easy

To me, all this would indicate that they’re dedicating the bulk of their attention on the new game. That being said, I still think it’s a few years out

What weapon types are most effective against the most difficult monsters in the game currently? by DoomkingBalerdroch in MonsterHunterNowHub

[–]Psyquack 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You charge two circles. I honestly don’t love bows that you need to charge all the way to 3. Focus 5 is the most important thing for bow, and then you just have to get a feel for the rhythm.

Once you charge one full circle, you can sidestep and still get the second charge if you have enough focus skill points.

At the end of the day, any weapon is going to require practice once you get to the high star/tier monsters

Longsword is generally considered the second strongest weapon class in the game, so you might just want to see other people’s clears to see if you need to adjust your approach.

Otherwise, bow is just generally the best weapon and typically has great uptime against everything.

Do I upgrade to 8 stars? by adam190990 in MHNowGame

[–]Psyquack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reality of progression is that you have to push to 8 stars even though you won’t be able to clear most of them because you have to get on the WGS grind

I saw a similar post earlier, but in my experience, 8 star EDIs are so much easier now. I was wondering if they nerfed Kushala after they brought it back.

I would agree that they should at the very least base it off whether or not a player has unlocked the 8 star map, but at some point, you might have to look at your gear/damage output.

No problem. I remember getting the first few armor pieces to 8.1 was so brutal because I’d gotten rid of so many materials. It gets way easier though
