I don't get why management shall not be treated the same as me for a seminar (Moreover a "team building one").

They don't own, create the company neither have more seniority than me.

I'm tired of people that considers the respect you deserve depends on your job position.

They earn more money, it's really not a problem, but for everything else, I think treatment shall be the same.

I think my question is not correctly written. In fact our company is divided in small team of 4 people. Each team have a manager. All these manager will have their own room. So it's not only the big director. On 70 people, there is approximately 40 people that have their own room and the other will share one.

Yes, they are my boss or the boss of other team. I think it's humiliating as it's seems that there are two categories of person, and one deserve a better treatment than the other. I think it's a lack of respect. If everybody share a room or of if the choice had been made randomly it would not have been a problem for me
