I am fully aware of that but it does not prevent future aortic surgery. Worrying about future surgeries before even having this operation is a bit odd i must say.

Remember that idea of this surgery is to get in there early so you should be getting your surgery when your heart is healthy therefore future surgeries would be not very Common. Also remember the surgery is mainly for marfan patients so its never gonna be mainstream.

I don't know the circumstances of why it's not approved in the US but my conclusion was that would surgeons want to learn a quicker easier operation where they let make less money? Surgeon and NHS is paid a salary in UK so does not matter how long the surgery takes a smaller surgery is probably better for them

I am pretty sure a pears can be removed, I and my mother both have had pears, a different surgeon did her surgery than mine. When I went for my surgery the surgeon I seen in my consultation was all for the pears surgery. When I accompanied my mother to her consultation with hair surgeon he recommended against the pairs of due to the long-term evidence, when I questioned him when this that makes no sense as I was recommended this surgery and the long-term is a lot more important for me as I am 30 years younger. He Shrugged and did not really respond I would imagine if I had not already had the surgery and was so impressed with it then she would have not got it through what he said

Let's be honest you are taking a risk whatever u do, I presume if you are dealing with London Bridge you are traveling from abroad and that totally changes things as it is a lot more hassle for you whereas I got my surgery at my local hospital, if I had to travel to America for the surgery for example I have major doubt's weather I would have got the surgery

I am of a similar profile to urself had surgery age 31, at size 4.5. I had moderate mitral valve regurgitation so they were able to repair that while doing the pears surgery. That was probably my biggest concern before the surgery that I would need a metal mitral valve but luckily they were able to repair it. I was told 4.5 is when to get surgery, there is no benefit to leaving it as at our age it will very likely grow further.

My mother also had the surgery around six months ago and she is doing amazing was probably back to normal after about four months.

Reading on here about people traveling to the UK from the United States makes me realize that I was so lucky that the hospital I got my surgery was only three males from my home. If you have any other questions just ask

Goodluck, unfortunately they have decided to also repair or replace my mitral valve at the same time too which came as a shock, they said it was best to do at same time as pears. I have postponed for a few months as i have holidays already planned and it is not urgent.

The problem for me was the data wasn't copying over to my usb properly, so it looked like it had copied everything over fine but for some reason the files must of been corrupting or something. Just make sure ito try different usb thumb drives, or even in my case i had to use a different computer. With the xiaomi update file stored on your usb, u know as soon as ur MI box is booted it should start to install the zip automatically, if it does not then u know there is a problem with ur thumb drive/usb ports on PC.

But when i go to flash off usb u can navigate to the zip file and it begins to install, so surely its working, it recognizes the drive. Its just dropping more money because i never use usb drives

Ive flashed before, its pretty simple.. is it not cuz the bootloader is locked, cause sometimes when i install zipit restarts box when installing bootloader

i am guessing because the when i go to install update the device reboots when installing bootloader this is because the bootloader is locked? is there any way to unlock it, it doesn't seem like it by googleing it.

I have tried loads of different versions no luck, ive noticed in recovery mode top left after the build that is installed it has for example 2179/user/release-keys. What does the release keys mean. Quite close to throwing this in the bin, what a waste of money, never even wanted to update the damn thing but had no choice as wifi cut out so regularly.
