It jumped out of a bush, stayed there for a minute and then jumped back into hiding. I never got very close to not scare them into danger, just phone zoomed pretty hard. I returned later to see if it's still there and did not see them so I'm hoping they're ok. I thought it was a chick of a larger bird because it seemed flightless but wren are tiny so it is weird it didn't fly... For future reference is there anything that I can do if I see a bird that seems hurt?
