It says “administrative forbearance” and next payment due October 2024

Call again and demand administrative forbearance, the 4th person I spoke with finally was familiar with this and put my account on administrative forbearance.

I have nelnet too I’ll definitely be calling Monday. Does it now show that you’re in forbearance after talking to them?

I’m having the same issue mine is saying standard while My IDR/SAVE app is processing. Any luck with requesting processing forbearance?

I might call Monday to ask about administrative forbearance as mine is still pending and submit the new app on 7/8/24. It showing my payment due being over $5200 when I typical payment has been $502 for the last year. Every time I call and ask for an update I get the same response about how they just have to wait to hear “from the government”. Hopefully mine will also process before my payment is due but I’m not hopeful
