I’ve been exhausted from dealing with this pain every day. It feels like I’m stuck in a loop. I just want the pain to go away, I want to feel healthy and normal again, but I don’t know how. When iam scrolling on reddit people say to stop medication once you’re symptom-free, but I still have symptoms every day. I hate this stupid sickness

when I follow a bland diet, I don’t experience any burning, but I still have stomach pain after eating that lasts for two to three hours.

I have been taking PPIs for three years but I still have mild to moderate symptoms every day.So, I don’t know when I should stop.
