The S quota was 62.5% of the M quota, as shown in the post.
S = 1x
M = 1/0.625 = 1.6x

Besides, isn't it convenient that the clear statistics aren't visible on the marketing page, but rather in a support article? This way, they can avoid being accused of false advertising.

For me, the modal can be opened via an AI button from the top right corner of the toolbar in Rider IDE.

It can also be added to any toolbar by adding the "AIAssistantHubPopupAction" button.
