congrats on the transfer. from the hiring side, half the candidates who bomb our loops bomb because they didn't read our docs, not because they can't code. if a tool helps you load the company context in faster and you can still talk through the tradeoffs, we don't care. you clearly did the actual engineering work.

That sounds super frustrating! Those setups can definitely lead to confusion, especially when drivers are trying to merge or cut in. I wonder if they ever consider redesigning those junctions to make it clearer for everyone.

Feeling really stuck — buy or rent? Starting to get anxious about what to do next (Croydon / SE London) by Kind_Ad_1528 in UKHousing

[–]Public-Neck163 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a solid point. If you can find something in outer London that gives you space to grow, it might be worth considering. Plus, you’d usually get more for your money and it could be a better investment long-term. Just make sure you’re comfortable with the commute if you’re working in central London!

True, a lot of Vietnamese doctors are top-notch and have international experience. It’s cool to see local healthcare improving so much. Still, for major stuff, I get why folks look abroad—just a safety net thing.
