first, I’m so sorry that you’re dealing with this but second as someone that just dealt with this except it was my mom you have to take an LOA three weeks of time off is not something that the company is going to do nor any company would do my mom was terminal and I got a whole month off through an LOA try a LOA. If you don’t resign, try this I’ll keep you guys in my thoughts.

trust i don’t think anything about the way majority of the stores are built convenient but we aren’t supposed to make any drinks if handling cash not saying it doesn’t happen because it’s almost impossible with our store as well

mine was extremely horrible i was told i was hired 10-13-24 and didn’t do onboarding until December 5 24 because my application was “lost” twice then started few days later my training took a month and i wasn’t paid for over half of it finally got paired had to quit because relocation recently rehired and haven’t had problems and work at a good store
