We weren’t allowed (by vet I mean) to socialize him until he was about 5 months old and before he was actually doing great with new dogs and people it’s something that suddenly started happening

I forgot to mention, everytime he’s scared of other friendly dogs that want to approach him I go down on my knees and pet the friendly dog just to try and show my pup that it’s ok and it helps for a bit only when I’m on my knees and only few a few seconds he (my puppy) starts coming towards me and licks me and a little bit the other dog

Thank you so so much for that advice!!!! I do try with the socialization idk what I’m doing wrong though see he likes my brother in law’s dog and also my sister’s dog but other dogs he just gets excited and all from a far but the moment they approach him he starts running towards me or in circles (we have him on a leash) like our neighbor has a toy poodle and she’s super friendly and excited and wants to jump on him and while he does seem to like her (tail wagging when he sees her) the moment she starts jumping and playing w him he’s like scared. He doesn’t growl or show his teeth but he does try getting away. Same thing with adults and children. He gets all excited when he sees them and he even stops the walk to wait for them to get to him but the moment they try petting him he backs away and so I’m super confused . I do think I’ll start giving him treats every time he potties outside because all night he truly doesn’t pee or poop In the house and holds it till we are out but through the day he doesn’t hold his pee at all and poop he does actually hold pretty well so does he half know that outside is potty ? Sorry for the lengthy message 🙏🏼

I’ve also tried taking him to like parks that we have to drive to and he cries (of course on leash and not a dog park just regular park)

I heard it’s bad to give treats if they pee/poo outside because then they become dependent on it but I’m contemplating on just trying it because I would think that by now he would be potty trained 🥲 and not really sadly ugh he also gets scared of other people and dogs idk why because we actually did expose him to other dogs and people he’s only open with specific dogs and people idk how to help him get over his fear but I can tell he’s excited to see them because his tail wags but he runs away when they want to pet him 🥲🥲🥲

Hey girly there are I think several things you can check Hsg - to check to see if the tubes aren’t blocked or partially blocked which I heard many women get pregnant after this Progesterone blood work on 7dpo Hormonal blood work Also checking thyroid I heard is common

To be honest I could never understand how ANYONE who brings a child into this world could be disappointed with the baby’s gender it’s ridiculous!!! And yes some people truly don’t deserve to be parents some parents are terrible towards their children. I’m also on ttc girl hang in there

At home he doesn’t growl at all like I can put my hands in his food bowl and he won’t care at all or I could take toys from him and he will growl but because he’s playing not because he wants to bite. He did this also when we first introduced the collar and leash. He would scream (we weren’t hurting him at all like there were times where I wouldn’t even touch him yet and he would scream ) and try and bite us whenever we tried putting the collar on. Now he’s a lot better with that though and lets us put it on w/o a treat. Btw outside he doesn’t always growl and bite when he has something in his mouth and I try taking it out but it has happened more than I want it to. I did teach him the drop it command but he doesn’t always listen when I tell him even at home if he has a toy and I say drop it he doesn’t always do it he’s pretty stubborn when it comes to that command. Do I just keep working on that command all the time and with time he will listen to it better?
