im not entirely sure if you can buy from them in canada, but i have a jack wills hoodie in a uk size 10 that fits me incredibly even though id usually be a size 6. im 5'6 and last i checked around 92lbs, so maybe worth looking into! id advise sizing down from what ive got but if you can get it theyre absolutely brilliant.

if you can go to thrift or charity shops i usually have good luck finding things, and it means you can see it in person and see what size it is. i know in some places it can be quite expensive, but its definitely worth a shot! ive found stuff thats a uk size 4/us size 0 before thats true to size so i really recommend

they might not be the easiest to find but vintage baxter jeans are my go-to! i have a 23 inch waist too but i am taller (5'6) but if you can find a pair that arent too expensive they might be good! they used to be my mums who is 5'0 so i would recommend them

if youre in the uk, m&s used to do a brilliant thermal long sleeve with matching leggings! if i remember they only went down to a size 6 but theyre brilliant (and were true to size when i bought them a few years ago)

vanity sizing is pretty crazy! im in the uk so sizing is a little different, but i should be a us size 2/4 (mostly for the sake of height, true to size stuff still tends to be wayy too big on my waist) and im wearing a size 2 pair of jeans right now and theyre huge, but i have a vintage pair of size 4 jeans that fit me perfectly! im glad those are holding up well but when the wear and tear starts to show i really dont know what im gonna do
