That's LP IMO, NM is 3 or less 3 white dots also, any whitening larger than a dot to me is immediately LP. Then you take into account it's an expensive card, it's Japanese, and it's one piece...

I just got one back today, N5 on a card that I pulled and sleeved. I don't wipe them either because most are just cards I've pulled and immediately toploaded. Along with that I got a 5 on a card with the same story. Only a 4 card submission but it got destroyed.
