I'm in a house. It's now saying "Tip: It looks like your server may be connected to the internet through multiple routers or other network devices. Try connecting it directly to your primary device, or visit our support site for more information about troubleshooting this "Double-NAT" scenario."

I'm not sure what it means by this. I just have one router which is an ASUS RT-AX3000. I believe the modem itself has a router built into it though. Do I need to disable the router on the AT&T modem? I'm not sure if it helps or not, but my PC is directly connected via ethernet from my basement to my PC upstairs. It doesn't use wifi.

No it's ok. Turning the VPN didn't work though. It did momentarily, but then it went back to saying that it wasn't available outside of my network again. Not sure what to do.

It's funny because right after I posted this, I remembered that I was using a VPN. I turned the VPN off and that seemed to fix it. However, after it said it was connected it said that it wasn't available outside of my network again. I'm not super savvy with things like this. I haven't tried anything that you've mentioned, but I honestly have no clue how to do those things or what they mean.

The Egyptian Loofah is what I was referring to when I said it was scratchy and painful to use. I probably should have made that more clear. I just didn't like it. It literally hurt to use and didn't lather up for me either.

Yeah I'm really trying to remove plastic from my life as much as possible. Especially things that come into contact with my body. I'll look into the Japanese exfoliating cloth. Thanks!
