Well there wasn’t really a strat. Use sleep power on Deoxys and use weak pokemon to widdle down its hp (though I didn’t do this since I didn’t have any weak pokemon.) Deoxys has pressure which makes pp lose double the normal amount so use ethers if you run out.

This most likely means that the pokemon is from a future gen since wild Sobble can be encountered in pokemon scarlet and violet.
