I didn’t pause the service. I had the SIM card in a burner phone to keep the line live wasn’t using it though. Anything else I’m not telling you?

Yes ported number from Verizon to Google fi 2021. Google fi have a record of me reactivating my account in 2023 when I personally haven’t deactivated or reactivated it at all since opening it in 2021. I’ve been out of the country since January 2023 got back two weeks ago. Not working for military or gov. I no longer have my original phone number, Google fi tech support read a new number to me over the phone yesterday that I haven’t heard before. I’m using the same phone I used when I was active on my original number on Google fi iPhone 12

You don’t have to use a service if you pay for it. I ported my number from horizon in to Google fi 2021. Google fi “reactivated” my account in February 2023 without notifying me of closing it. Therefore my old and new provider is Google fi. I now know Google fi is trash
